Anti-MAPRE1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to MAPRE1 (also referred to as EB1), supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, reacting with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 134–268 of human MAPRE1 (NP_036457.1). It is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The target protein has a molecular weight of 34 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200, and concentration is reported as lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
