Rat monoclonal (KT65) antibody to MAPRE (EB1, EB2 and EB3).

The KT65 clone, supplied by Antibodies.com as a 100 µg liquid preparation, was raised against a conserved region shared across the EB protein family and cross-reacts with MAPRE1 (EB1), MAPRE2 (EB2), and MAPRE3 (EB3). Because EB1, EB2, and EB3 function as microtubule plus-end tracking proteins (+TIPs) that regulate microtubule dynamics, spindle assembly, and chromosome alignment during mitosis, this pan-EB reagent supports comparative studies of microtubule plus-end behavior. The rat IgG2a isotype is compatible with anti-rat secondary reagents for western blot, immunoprecipitation, and immunofluorescence detection.
