Anti-MAPKBP1 Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against MAPKBP1. It is supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 1–100 of human MAPKBP1 (NP_001122080.1), and the antibody is affinity purified. It is provided as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a noted molecular weight of 164 kDa and a lot-specific concentration.

Validated for western blot with a recommended dilution of 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
