Anti-MAPKAPK5 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody recognizes human MAPKAPK5 (Mitogen-Activated Protein Kinase-Activated Protein Kinase 5), a serine/threonine kinase also known as PRAK that operates downstream of p38 MAPK in response to cellular stress, inflammatory cytokines, and DNA damage. The unconjugated reagent is supplied as 100 µl and is validated for western blot detection of endogenous MAPKAPK5 in human cell and tissue lysates. The polyclonal format allows recognition of multiple epitopes across the kinase, supporting immunoblotting applications that probe activation of stress kinase signaling, tumor suppressor pathways, and phosphorylation of substrates such as FoxO3 and p53. Because the immunogen corresponds to the human MAPKAPK5 sequence, the reagent is intended for studies in human samples.
