Anti-MAPKAPK2 (phospho T334) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targeting MAPKAPK2 (also known as MK2) at the phosphorylated Thr334 site, unconjugated and supplied by Antibodies.com. The antibody is validated for Western Blot (WB) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide surrounding T334 of human MAPKAPK2 (NP_116584.2). Supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. The target protein runs at a molecular weight of 42 kDa. The recommended WB dilution is 1:500-1:1,000, and the reagent is purified by affinity chromatography.
