Mitogen-activated protein kinase-activated protein kinase 2 is a downstream effector of p38 MAPK that mediates stress and inflammatory signaling cascades in eukaryotic cells. The polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and selectively recognizes the Ab-334 epitope of MAPKAPK-2, allowing researchers to track endogenous kinase expression across human, mouse, and rat samples. Validated for both Western blot and immunofluorescence workflows, the unconjugated antibody offers flexibility in downstream labeling chemistries and integrates easily into standard immunodetection pipelines. Each vial provides 100 µl of ready-to-use reagent, supplied as an affinity-purified polyclonal stock suited to cell lysate analysis, tissue section imaging, and studies where modulation of the p38/MAPKAPK-2 axis is under investigation.
