Anti-MAPKAP1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to MAPKAP1, also referred to as SIN1, available from Antibodies.com. Raised in rabbit and supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form, the reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), supported by 2 scientific validation images.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 360-522 of MAPKAP1 (NP_001006618.1). The target is reported at a molecular weight of 69 kDa / 71 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, with concentration given as lot specific. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:1,000 and IHC: 1:50-1:200. It is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
