Anti-MAPK8 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to MAPK8 (also known as JNK1), supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent for western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence applications. The antibody reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples and was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 245-345 of human JNK1 (NP_620635.1). It has been validated in WB, IHC, and ICC/IF with five scientific validation images.

Purified by affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, with the target protein reported at 44 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500-1:1,000, IHC 1:50-1:200, and ICC/IF 1:50-1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
