Anti-MAPK7 Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab196609)

This rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, targets MAPK7, also known as ERK5. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications, and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 706–816 of human ERK5 (NP_002740.2). The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid at lot-specific concentration in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal.

The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 115 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:100–1:500, IHC 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt, aliquot and store at −20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
