Anti-MAPK3 (phospho Y204) Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab194770)

This rabbit polyclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range, recognises MAPK3 (also known as ERK1) when phosphorylated at tyrosine 204. It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and Immunoprecipitation (IP). Reactivity has been confirmed in Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide centred on Y204 of human ERK1 (NP_002737.2), with the peptide sequence TEYVA. The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal; concentration is lot specific. Reported molecular weights are 42 kDa and 44 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000, IHC 1:50–1:100, ICC/IF 1:100–1:200 and IP 1:50–1:100. It is shipped at 4°C; on receipt, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
