Anti-MAPK3 (phospho T202) Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab194776)

Raised in rabbit, this polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com recognises the phosphorylated forms of MAPK3/ERK1 (Thr202) and ERK2 (Thr185). It is unconjugated and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide around T202 of human ERK1/ERK2 (accession NP_002737.2), with the surrounding sequence FLTEY. Validated applications include Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, 1:50–1:100 for IHC and 1:20–1:100 for ICC/IF. The antibody has been verified to react with human, mouse and rat samples, and the target proteins have reported molecular weights of 42 kDa and 44 kDa.

The product is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
