Mitogen-activated protein kinase 3 (MAPK3), widely known as ERK1, is a serine/threonine kinase that propagates signals through the RAS-RAF-MEK-ERK cascade and regulates cell proliferation, differentiation, and survival. This unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com was raised in rabbit and is supplied as 100 µl of ready-to-use stock for western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows.
It detects endogenous MAPK3 in human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting pathway studies across cell line and tissue models. The unconjugated format allows flexible pairing with HRP, biotin, or fluorophore-conjugated secondary reagents depending on the chosen detection chemistry.
Typical uses include signal transduction research, cancer biology investigations, and characterization of phosphorylation-dependent MAPK pathway activity in cultured cells or fixed tissue sections.
