Anti-MAPK3 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal raised against MAPK3, also known as ERK1. It has been knockout validated and is suitable for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications.

The unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. It is supplied as a liquid preparation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 40 kDa. The immunogen used to generate the antibody is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–379 of human ERK1 (accession NP_002737.2).

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot, 1:50–1:200 for immunohistochemistry, and 1:50–1:200 for immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence. The product is shipped at 4 °C and, on arrival, should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C; repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
