Raised in rabbit against MAPK15, this unconjugated polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com is supplied as 50 µl at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.3. The reagent is validated for Western blot detection of the human MAPK15 protein, with reactivity also confirmed in mouse and rat samples.

MAPK15 (mitogen-activated protein kinase 15), also known as ERK7 or ERK8, is an atypical MAPK family member that has been linked to cell-cycle regulation, autophagosome biogenesis, primary ciliogenesis, and stress-responsive signaling pathways. The kinase is normally enriched in brain and testis tissue, and altered MAPK15 expression has been investigated in glioblastoma and several other tumor contexts, making it a target of interest in oncology and signaling research.

For Western blot, the antibody is provided in a liquid vial ready for dilution into blocking buffer. Store refrigerated at 4°C for short-term use, or aliquot and freeze at -20°C for longer-term storage while minimizing freeze-thaw cycles. The sodium azide preservative supports routine benchtop handling during immunoblotting workflows.
