Anti-MAPK14 (phospho Y182) Antibody

Affinity-purified polyclonal reagent raised in rabbit against a synthetic phosphopeptide centered on the activation-loop tyrosine 182 of MAPK14 (p38α MAPK). Distributed by Antibodies.com as 100 µl of unconjugated IgG supplied in a vial, the antibody selectively detects the 42 kDa phosphorylated form of this stress-activated kinase with negligible recognition of the unphosphorylated MAPK14 protein. Validated applications include Western blot on cultured cell lysates and immunohistochemistry on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue, with confirmed reactivity on human, mouse, and rat samples.
