Anti-MAPK14 (phospho T180 + Y182) Antibody

Polyclonal rabbit antibody from Antibodies.com raised against MAPK14 phosphorylated at Thr180/Tyr182. The unconjugated IgG reagent is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot and ELISA applications.

It was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to the T180 and Y182 phospho-sites of human MAPK14 and is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody is affinity-purified, with reported molecular weights of 41 kDa and 43 kDa and a predicted molecular weight of 41 kDa. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquots should be stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot and 1 µg/ml (starting concentration) for ELISA.
