Anti-MAPK14 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and purified by affinity chromatography against the immunogen, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is designed to detect endogenous levels of total MAPK14 (p38α MAP kinase) protein. The antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide of human MAPK14 and is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume of phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, in an unconjugated format ready for use with standard anti-rabbit IgG secondary reagents. Validated applications include Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and the reagent has been confirmed to cross-react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, making it suitable for a broad range of cell- and tissue-based studies of stress-activated kinase signaling. The product is shipped at 4 °C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve antibody activity.
