Anti-MAPK14 Antibody

This unconjugated polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com detects endogenous MAPK14, also known as p38α mitogen-activated protein kinase, a stress-activated serine/threonine kinase central to inflammatory cytokine signaling, cell cycle progression, and apoptosis. Raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide of human MAPK14 and purified by antigen-affinity chromatography, the antibody is supplied as 50 µl of liquid suitable for western blot analysis (expected band near 38 kDa), immunohistochemistry on paraffin-embedded sections, immunoprecipitation from cell lysates, and intracellular flow cytometry.
