Anti-MAPK12 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against MAPK12 (also referred to as p38 gamma). The antibody is supplied unconjugated in a liquid formulation buffered in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and has been prepared by affinity purification. Reported molecular weight of the target is 42 kDa.

It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and has been shown to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 248–367 of human MAPK12 (NP_002960.2). Recommended starting dilutions are WB at 1:2,000–1:5,000 and IHC at 1:50–1:200. The host species is Rabbit, the clonality is Polyclonal, and the isotype is IgG.

For handling, the product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The concentration is lot specific.
