A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against MAPK11 (p38 beta/MAPK11), available from Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG antibody is affinity purified and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 300–400 of human MAPK11 (Q15759); the target protein has a molecular weight of 41 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide.

Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50–1:100. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Concentration is lot specific.
