Anti-MAPK10 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as a research-grade primary reagent, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against recombinant human MAPK10 (mitogen-activated protein kinase 10, also referred to as JNK3) and is purified by affinity chromatography using the immunogen. The unconjugated product is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4 with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry / immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) workflows and is reported to recognise endogenous levels of total MAPK10 protein. The antibody is dispatched on cold packs at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
