Anti-MAPK1 Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent targeting MAPK1 (also known as ERK2). The unconjugated IgG antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and is validated for Western blot and ICC/IF applications, with recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. It is supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 200–300 of human ERK2 (NP_620407.1) and purified by affinity chromatography. It recognises endogenous total MAPK1 protein at a molecular weight of 42 kDa. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. This antibody is KO validated.
