Anti-MAP4K6 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against MAP4K6 and validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated antibody is reactive with Human and Mouse samples and detects endogenous levels of total MAP4K6 protein. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human MAP4K6.

The antibody is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, formulated as rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, with 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen.
