Anti-MAP4K3 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody, available from Antibodies.com, is raised in rabbit and targets MAP4K3, also referred to as GLK. The reagent is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. It is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype.

Validated for Western blotting, the antibody has a recommended working dilution range of 1:500 to 1:2,000 and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 755-894 of human MAP4K3 (NP_003609.2), and the target has a reported molecular weight of 110 kDa.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
