Anti-MAP3KL4 Antibody

Antibodies.com offers this primary antibody raised in rabbit for the detection of MAP3KL4. The polyclonal reagent is unconjugated, validated for Western blot (WB) applications, and reacts with human samples.

Immunisation used a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human MAP3KL4, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of total MAP3KL4 protein. The reagent is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
