Anti-MAP3K7 (phospho S412) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal IgG raised against MAP3K7 phosphorylated at serine 412, also known as TAK1 phospho Ser412. It is unconjugated and supplied as a liquid, affinity-purified reagent. The immunogen was a synthetic phosphorylated peptide corresponding to the region around S412 of human TAK1 (NP_003179.1).

Validated for Western blotting, the antibody is recommended at dilutions of 1:500 to 1:1,000 and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. The formulation contains Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 75 kDa. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
