Anti-MAP3K7 (Ab-187) Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against MAP3K7 (also known as TAK1, TGF-beta-activated kinase 1, or mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase 7) and is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen derived from the human sequence surrounding threonine 187. The unconjugated antibody is formulated in PBS (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is provided at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL format. It specifically detects endogenous levels of total MAP3K7 protein and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications on human samples, with reactivity confirmed against human reactivity. For handling, the product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon delivery and stored at -20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
