Anti-MAP3K5 (phospho T918) Antibody

This polyclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, is raised in rabbit and recognises MAP3K5 (also referred to as ASK1) when phosphorylated at threonine 918. It is of the IgG isotype and supplied unconjugated.

Validated for Western blot (WB), the antibody reacts with human samples, and according to the catalogue listing also with mouse and rat. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide corresponding to the region around T918 of human MAP3K5, with the immunogen sequence TETFT. The target protein has a molecular weight of 130 kDa.

Provided as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, the reagent has been purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended Western blot dilutions range from 1:500 to 1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
