Description
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against MAP3K2 and validated for Western blot applications. It reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and is supplied unconjugated.
The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human MAP3K2 and detects endogenous levels of MAP3K2 protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target has a reported molecular weight of approximately 75 kDa. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
