MAP3K14 (also known as NIK, NF-κB-Inducing Kinase) is a serine/threonine kinase central to non-canonical NF-κB signaling, phosphorylating IKKα to drive processing of p100 into p52 and activate the RelB/p52 transcriptional complex. Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal anti-MAP3K14 antibody for researchers studying this pathway in immunity, lymphoid organogenesis, and B-cell malignancies such as multiple myeloma and lymphoma, where aberrant NIK activity is well documented.

Raised in rabbit and supplied unconjugated as 100 µl of liquid in a vial, this polyclonal reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human and mouse samples. It supports detection of full-length MAP3K14 (150 kDa) by WB in whole-cell lysates, and visualization of MAP3K14 expression in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections by IHC, enabling studies of downstream pathway markers such as p100/p52 processing under stimulated versus basal conditions.

For best results, store the antibody frozen at -20°C in working aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles and preserve binding activity across repeated experiments.
