MAP3K12 (also known as Dual Leucine Zipper Kinase, DLK) is a mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase that regulates JNK signaling, neuronal development, and cellular stress responses. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targets MAP3K12 in human samples and is supplied by Antibodies.com as a 50 µl vial used in western blot detection of endogenous protein levels. Researchers studying neurodegeneration, axon injury, and stress-activated kinase cascades can use this reagent to probe MAP3K12 expression in lysates prepared from cultured mammalian cells or tissue homogenates. As a primary antibody reagent for research use only, it supports laboratory investigation of MAP3K12 pathway activity, including upstream activators of JNK and downstream phosphorylation events linked to apoptotic signaling. The polyclonal format provides multiple epitope recognition, supporting reliable detection across varied experimental conditions in standard western blot workflows.
