Anti-MAP2K7 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal reagent is a rabbit-derived antibody raised against MAP2K7 (also known as JNK kinase 2, MKK7, or PRKMK7), enabling detection of the endogenous total MAP2K7 protein via Western blotting and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence staining. The immunogen is a recombinant human MAP2K7 protein, and the antibody has been affinity-purified to maximise target specificity. It is supplied as an unconjugated IgG at a concentration of approximately 1.0 mg/mL in 50 µL of phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. Independent validation profiles from the provider additionally support its use in immunohistochemistry and immunoprecipitation workflows. Reactivity has been confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples, making it suitable for a broad range of cell and tissue-based studies of the JNK signalling pathway.
