Anti-MAP2K7 (Ab-271) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal unconjugated antibody targeting MAP2K7, available from Antibodies.com. Raised in rabbit and validated for Western Blotting (WB), the reagent reacts with Human and Mouse samples and is accompanied by two scientific validation images.

The immunogen is a synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human MAP2K7 around the phosphorylation site of serine 271 (V-D-S(p)-K-A), and the antibody detects endogenous levels of total MAP2K7 protein. It is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, with 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
