Anti-MAP2K6 (phospho S207) + MAP2K3 (phospho S189) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against a synthetic phosphorylated peptide (VDSVA) corresponding to the region around S207 of human MAP2K6 (NP_002749.2), recognises both MAP2K6 (phospho S207) and MAP2K3 (phospho S189), also referred to as MKK6 (phospho Ser207) and MEK3 (phospho Ser189). The unconjugated antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It reacts with human, mouse and rat samples, and is validated for western blotting at a recommended dilution range of 1:500 to 1:2,000.

The target protein migrates at approximately 36 kDa. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
