Anti-MAP2K6 Antibody

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-334 of human MEK6 (NP_002749.2). The reagent is provided in liquid form in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein has a molecular weight of 37 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
