Anti-MAP2K5 Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab210748)

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets MAP2K5 (also known as MEK5) and is validated for use in Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications.

The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. It is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–190 of human MEK5 (NP_660143.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 50 kDa.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot, 1:50–1:200 for immunohistochemistry, and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
