Anti-MAP2K4 (phospho T261) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets MAP2K4 (also known as MEK4/MKK4) phosphorylated at threonine 261. Raised in rabbit and of the IgG isotype, the unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blotting and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide surrounding T261 of human MAP2K4 (NP_003001.1), and the expected molecular weight of the target is 46 kDa. The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Concentration is lot specific.

For Western blotting the manufacturer recommends a working dilution of 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
