Anti-MAP2K4 (phospho S257) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody supplied by Antibodies.com, raised against a phospho-specific peptide corresponding to residues surrounding S257 of human MAP2K4. The unconjugated reagent is affinity purified and presented in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.30) containing 0.02% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. It is validated for Western blotting at a recommended dilution of 1:500–1:2000 and has been shown to react with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
