Anti-MAP2K3 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against MAP2K3, also known as MEK3, and is of the IgG isotype. It is provided unconjugated and has been validated for reactivity with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-70 of human MEK3 (NP_659731.1). The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 39 kDa. The antibody is prepared by affinity purification and supplied as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
