Anti-MAP2K3 (Ab-222) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against MAP2K3, raised to the epitope surrounding threonine 222. The immunogen is a synthesised non-phosphopeptide derived from human MAP2K3 around the threonine 222 phosphorylation site (A-K-T(p)-M-D), and the antibody detects endogenous levels of total MAP2K3 protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and is provided at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.

The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
