Generated in rabbits against a synthetic peptide spanning residue 222 of human MAP2K3, this polyclonal reagent recognizes a dual-specificity protein kinase that operates within the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signal transduction pathway. MAP2K3, also designated MKK3 or MEK3, phosphorylates and activates p38 MAPK downstream of cellular stress, pro-inflammatory cytokines such as TNF-alpha and IL-1, and growth factor stimulation, and is widely used as a marker for stress-activated and innate immune signaling studies, including inflammation, apoptosis regulation, and cytokine-driven response pathways.

The unconjugated antibody is provided in a 100 µl vial and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF) workflows on human samples. Researchers investigating p38 pathway activation, TNF signaling, or stress kinase cascades can apply this reagent to whole-cell lysates, tissue homogenates, or fixed cells to monitor endogenous MAP2K3 expression and pathway engagement.

Antibodies.com supplies this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody as part of its catalog of primary antibodies targeting key kinase intermediates in cell signaling, inflammation, and stress response research.
