Anti-MAP2K1 (phospho S298) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targeting MAP2K1 (also known as MEK1) phosphorylated at Ser298, supplied as a liquid by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated antibody is raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot and immunoprecipitation, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide corresponding to the region around S298 of human MEK1 (NP_002746.1). The antibody is affinity purified and supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The reported molecular weight of the target protein is 43 kDa.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for IP. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Three scientific images are available.
