Anti-MAP2K1 (phospho S217) + MAP2K2 (phospho S221) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against a synthetic phosphorylated peptide surrounding Ser217 and Ser221 of human MAP2K1/MAP2K2. The unconjugated reagent targets MAP2K1 (also known as MEK1) phosphorylated at Ser217 together with MAP2K2 (MEK2) phosphorylated at Ser221, and has been validated for Western Blot (WB) at recommended dilutions of 1:500-1:1,000, with the product listing also including IHC.

It is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. Supplied as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, the antibody is affinity purified and has a reported molecular weight of 44 kDa.
