Anti-MAP2K1 (phospho pS221) Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against MAP2K1 (also known as MEK1) phosphorylated at Ser221. It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, validated for Western blot applications, and reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide around S221 of human MEK1 (NP_002746.1), with the immunogen sequence ANSFV. The antibody is supplied in liquid form, purified by affinity chromatography, and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The reported molecular weight of the target is 43 kDa. For Western blotting, the recommended dilution range is 1:500–1:1,000. Concentration is lot specific.
