Anti-MAP2K1 Antibody

This polyclonal primary antibody targets MAP2K1 (Mitogen-Activated Protein Kinase Kinase 1, also called MEK1), a dual-specificity threonine/tyrosine kinase positioned within the RAS-RAF-MEK-ERK signal transduction cascade that links growth-factor signalling to cellular proliferation and differentiation. Raised in rabbit and supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated antisera, the reagent supports Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human, mouse, and rat samples. Because it is unconjugated, the antibody can be paired with enzyme- or fluorophore-conjugated secondary reagents, enabling chemiluminescent Western blot readouts as well as immunofluorescence or chromogenic IHC protocols.
