Anti-MAP1LC3B Antibody

Available from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets MAP1LC3B (LC3B) and is supplied unconjugated in a liquid formulation. The reagent is of the IgG isotype and has been validated for Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). Reactivity has been demonstrated against Human, Mouse, Rat, and Porcine samples, and the product is described as KO Validated.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 1–50 of human LC3B (NP_073729.1), with the target protein reported at a molecular weight of 14 kDa / 16 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000, IHC: 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. Concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
