Anti-MAP1LC3A Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against microtubule-associated protein 1 light chain 3 alpha (MAP1LC3A) and is supplied as an unconjugated, affinity-purified antiserum at 1.0 mg/mL. The immunogen is a recombinant human MAP1LC3A protein, and the antibody specifically recognises the endogenous total MAP1LC3A pool. It is offered here in the 50 µL size and is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry / immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with demonstrated reactivity across human, mouse and rat samples. The format is a liquid polyclonal antibody in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For routine handling, the vial is shipped at 4 °C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
