Anti-MANF Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit as a polyclonal reagent against MANF. The unconjugated antibody is of the IgG isotype and is described as detecting endogenous levels of the MANF protein.

Reactivity is reported with human, mouse and rat samples, and the reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications. The immunogen used to raise the antibody was recombinant full-length human MANF.

The antibody is supplied at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The target has an approximate molecular weight of ~ 21kDa, and the product is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
