Anti-MANF Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets MANF (Mesencephalic Astrocyte-Derived Neurotrophic Factor), a stress-responsive protein localized to the endoplasmic reticulum that supports the survival of dopaminergic neurons and other cell types under proteotoxic stress. Raised in rabbit and supplied unconjugated, the reagent is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and ships as a 100 µl vial that supports multiple experiments.
