Anti-MANF Antibody

Supplied as an unconjugated liquid preparation by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targets ARMET/ARP (also known as MANF). It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and immunoprecipitation (IP), and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The reagent was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 25–182 of human ARMET/ARP/MANF (NP_006001.5), and was affinity-purified. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is supplied at a lot-specific concentration. The detected target has a molecular weight of 16 kDa.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC, 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF, and 1:500–1:1,000 for IP. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. The product is supported by 10 scientific images.
